The traditional Education system doesn't cater for the rapid change of our students any more. They need a new Education, which at least can make them more autonomous and less careless students. According to Richard Gerver, the education changes must be thoroughly discussed among teachers and educators. However, this is not going to be easy at all, and it will take us a long time to come to some conclusions, but at least we've got to try it. Here's some teaching inspiration from Richard Gerver.




Teaching sucess is more than passion and dedication. Personally, I think that motivation is a hard task for all of us. How can we change this girl attitude at her school? She does want to demolish it!!!
